Exdous 12 :8
bitter herbs, here are a few I found
horehound, ginger, garlic,turmeric,thyme,bay leaves,rosemary
if you cant find these herbs, use mustard greens, turnip salad or kale they are considered bitter also.

I think I'm going to make for my husband (Mayaka'al) and I, roasted lamb chops with baby potatoes, and other root vegetables, garlic, and other herbs and home made Matsut.

For the children I will make them lamb burgers (ground lamb meat, seasoned with garlic, salt & pepper mix it up and make little patties and grill it on a pan with olive oil) and unleavened bread buns (homemade of course) give some roasted vegetables as well.

DaYah

Shalum,
great ideas, I may have to borrow lamb burger recipe (:
can the lamb meat be purchased from the store already ground?

DalilaYah

Yes it's in the store already ground or you can buy off Amazon. We get ours at FoodLion.

DaYah
